KGC Upgrading Application Form Format for Land-Based Gaming
(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÁKE – April 10, 2025) The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (“KGC”) wishes to advise all licensees that all forms pertaining to the Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices, Regulations concerning Poker Rooms, and the Regulations concerning Raffles have been upgraded. All forms can now be filled out and printed. This includes Application forms, Comprehensive Self-Exclusion Request forms, Request to Revoke forms, and others used by our land-based gaming facilities.

About the Kahnawake Gaming Commission
The KGC was established in 1996 and has been licensing and regulating online and land-based gaming within Kahnawà:ke since that time.
