The Commission issues Poker Room Licences under its Regulations concerning Poker Rooms and Electronic Gaming Device Licences under its Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices to approved Land Based Gaming Facilities operating within the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke. Please note that the Commission is not presently accepting new applications for land based Poker Rooms or Electronic Gaming Device Licenses.
