TERMINATION OF CLIENT PROVIDER AUTHORIZATION

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE – November 13, 2023) – The Client Provider Authorization held by Paxson Marketing Ltd. (“Paxson”) was terminated effective November 13, 2023 (the “effective date”). The following online gaming site, operated by Paxson, is no longer licensed or regulated by the Commission:

The Commission will not receive or consider complaints concerning Paxson that are submitted to the Commission after the effective date.
