ADVISORY NOTICE

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÀ:KE – July 11, 2022) Effective immediately, the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission will no longer be offering Interjurisdictional Authorizations (“IJA”).

Current IJA holders will be permitted to hold their current license until it expires without the possibility of renewal.

The Regulations Concerning Interactive Gaming will be updated to reflect this change.
