(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE – September 12, 2024) Take notice that an online gaming site operating as “Betfoxx” https://betfoxx.com is, without proper authority to do so, claiming to be regulated by the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (the “Commission”) on its website.

Betfoxx (https://betfoxx.com) is not authorized, licensed, or regulated by the Commission and has no legal authority to claim to be so licensed.
