COMMUNITY CONSULTATION NOTICE

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÀ:KE – December 23, 2020) The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (“KGC”) is currently considering an application for a poker room licence. As per the Regulations concerning Poker Rooms (the Regulations), the KGC is posting a thirty (30) day community consultation notice.

Before making a decision on the application, the KGC is requesting that any interested community member submit questions, concerns or comments to the KGC via email to info@gamingcommission.ca on or before January 22, 2021.

The application is in the name of Rez Dawgs Poker. The location of proposed poker room is on Route 132 (Lot # 82, Block H).

In addition, as per the Regulations, the KGC has previously consulting with the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke, Kahnawà:ke Peacekeepers, Public Safety, and other community organizations regarding this matter.
