INNOVENIX LTD. REVOCATION OF CLIENT PROVIDER AUTHORIZATION

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÀ:KE – July 6, 2023) – Pursuant to a Show Cause Notice issued by the Commission to INNOVENIX LTD. (“Innovenix”), the Client Provider Authorization held by Innovenix was revoked effective July 5, 2023 (the “effective date”).

Innovenix did not have any active gaming sites regulated by the Commission as of the effective date.

The Commission will not receive or consider complaints concerning Innovenix that are submitted to the Commission after the effective date.
