RIVER RUN POKER APPROVED FOR TEMPORARY CLOSURE

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÀ:KE – January 31, 2024, 2023) —The Kahnawake Gaming Commission (the “Commission”) wishes to advise the community that at a meeting of the Commission held on January 31, 2024, the Commission approved a Request for Temporary Closure (the “Request”) submitted by River Run Poker, located on Highway 132.

The temporary closure will not exceed a period of six (6) months for the date of this notice and is intended to allow Rive Run Poker to undertake a restructuring of its business operations.

As a result of granting this Request, River Run Poker is not permitted to operate unless and until the Poker Room Licence is fully reinstated. The Commission will post further updates as they become available.
