TRUE NORTH – REVOCATION OF CLIENT PROVIDER AUTHORIZATION

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE – August 21, 2025) – Pursuant to a Resolution issued by the Commission to True North (“True North”), the Client Provider Authorization held by True North was revoked effective August 20, 2025 (the “effective date”). The following online gaming site(s), operated by True North, are no longer licensed or regulated by the Commission:
The Commission will not receive or consider complaints concerning True North that are submitted to the Commission after the effective date.
