UNAUTHORIZED AND FALSE FACEBOOK ADVERTISEMENTS TARGET PLAYGROUND

ADVISORY NOTICE

For immediate release

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE – September 26, 2023) – The Kahnawake Gaming Commission (the “KGC”) wishes to advise that several Facebook ads posted by an unknown source(s) falsely indicate that Playground offers online gaming services to its customers.

These unauthorized accounts and advertisements use the Playground name, logo and photos to impersonate Playground. Playground is not licensed under the Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming and does not offer online gaming services to its customers. This matter has been reported to Facebook by the KGC and by Playground.
