(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE – June 9, 2026) – The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has been made aware of a website, kahnawake-gaming-license.com, which is falsely representing or implying that it is affiliated with the KGC, advertising unauthorized contact channels using the KGC’s official domain name, and making false claims regarding the KGC’s prohibited target markets.

Please note the following:

• The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission does not operate, endorse, authorize, or have any affiliation with this website in any way.
• All legitimate KGC licences are issued exclusively through the KGC’s official website: www.gamingcommission.ca.
• All official information concerning licensing by the KGC should be obtained directly from its official website and verified KGC contact channels.
• If you have any questions or concerns regarding the validity of a licence, website, or communication, please contact the KGC directly at: info@gamingcommission.ca.
