BRAZO TECH LTD. – VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION OF CLIENT PROVIDER AUTHORIZATION
(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE – July 14, 2025) – Pursuant to a formal request submitted to the Commission by Brazo Tech Ltd. (“Brazotech”), the Client Provider Authorization held by Brazotech was voluntarily suspended effective July 9, 2025 (the “effective date”). The following online gaming site(s), operated by Brazotech, must cease offering interactive gaming as of the effective date:
The suspension of its Client Provider Authorization does not eliminate Brazotech’s requirement to maintain any other obligations under The Kahnawake Gaming Law or the Regulations. The Commission will continue to receive or consider complaints concerning Brazotech that are submitted to the Commission after the effective date.
