AnobaFun Falsely Claiming to be Licensed by the Commission

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÀ:KE – Thursday, September 27, 2018) – Take notice that an online gaming site operating as “AnobaFun” https://anobafun.com is, without proper authority to do so, displaying the logo of the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (the “Commission”) on its home page and in its FAQ is falsely suggesting that this site is licensed by the Commission. AnobaFun is not authorized, licensed or regulated by the Commission and has no legal authority to claim to be so licensed.

The Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke is a sovereign jurisdiction located just outside Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission was established in 1996 and has been continuously licensing and regulating online and land-based gaming within Kahnawà:ke since that time.
