EINRAI LTD. – SUSPENSION OF CLIENT PROVIDER AUTHORIZATION
(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE – March 3, 2026) – Pursuant to a Show Cause Notice issued by the Commission to Einrai Ltd. (“Einrai”), the Client Provider Authorization held by Einrai was suspended effective March 3, 2026 (the “effective date”). The following online gaming site(s), operated by Einrai, must cease offering interactive gaming as of the effective date:
The suspension of its Client Provider Authorization does not eliminate Einrai’s requirement to maintain any other obligations under The Kahnawake Gaming Law or the Regulations. The Commission will continue to receive or consider complaints concerning Einrai that are submitted to the Commission after the effective date.
