FRAUDULENT USE OF KGC LOGO AND CERTIFICATE
(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÀ:KE – November 18, 2014) – It has come to the attention of the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (“KGC”) that “Cyber-Bets” (www.cyberbets.com) is fraudulently and illegally using the KGC’s logo on its site. The KGC logo is hyperlinked to a counterfeited version of the KGC’s Certificate of Good Standing.
The KGC does not license or regulate Cyber-Bets and has sent an urgent “Cease and Desist” letter to the administration of this site.
Players are cautioned to use the services of Cyber-Bets at their own risk.
All valid Certificates of Good Standing issued by the KGC are secured by an SSL certificate issued by Thawte. The URL will appear in a green bar and will begin with the following address: https://certificates.gamingcommission.ca/KGCCertificates… If you have any doubt about the authenticity of a Certificate of Good Standing, please contact the KGC immediately.
