SNAKE’S POKER DECLARED DORMANT

(MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWÀ:KE – August 18, 2016) – At its weekly meeting on June 29, 2016, the Commission approved a Request to be Declared Dormant (the “Request”) submitted by Snake’s Poker (“Snake’s”), located on Highway 132.

The period of dormancy will not be more than two (2) years and is intended to provide Snake’s the opportunity to re-structure its business operations.

As a result of granting this Request, Snake’s Poker is not permitted to operate unless and until its Poker Room Licence is fully reinstated. 

The Commission will post further updates as they become available.
